Giving Circle

Each May, F3 transforms into a giving circle. We identify a nonprofit organization making significant contributions to support Black and Brown communities. We then pool our donations to present a collective gift from F3.

Birgit S. Smith R.I.S.E Fund Scholarship

Each fall, an F3 member is awarded a $2,000 grant for professional development through this scholarship, established to honor the work of Birgit Smith Burton. The grant can be used to earn additional accreditations such as the CAP or CFRE. It may also be used for travel to conferences or to attend fundraising training sessions, either in person or virtually.
