The F3 2026 Virtual Leadership Conference: Unbound—Women of Color Transforming Philanthropy from the Inside Out takes place Wednesday, March 11, 2026, from 12:00–4:00 PM EST.
Designed for Women of Color across fundraising and philanthropic leadership, this four-hour experience blends honest conversation with practical tools.
You’ll hear from dynamic panelists (all F3 Members) naming and dismantling barriers we face, a future-facing keynote that challenges how power and leadership show up in fundraising, and interactive breakout leadership labs on topics like ethical AI, building belonging on teams, and leading through change.
